I have seen many of the "Anti-Yellowstone" bumper stickers on vehicles all over the Bitterroot Valley. The locals are unhappy with how Taylor Sheridan and his production have treated the community while filming the hit show "Yellowstone." I'm sure a lot of those people would be happy to know that Taylor bought a new ranch and could move much of the show's production out of western Montana.

According to TMZ

Taylor bought a 179-acre ranch in the state for $4.95 million. The property is known as Papa's Creek Ranch and it's got not one but two trout streams winding through the landscape. There are minimal structures on the land, so Taylor's got a bit of a blank canvas to work with here.

It is unclear if Taylor plans to move any of his film projects to the ranch. Could it possibly be a permanent set for shows like "1923" or the upcoming "1944?"

We do know that Taylor purchased the massive "6666" Ranch in Texas. Where he intends to film an entire spinoff series of "Yellowstone."

Could this new ranch in Wyoming mean that "Yellowstone" production is moving out of Montana? Probably not. Rumors of a "Beth and Rip" spinoff have been circulating. If the filming location in Darby is no longer needed, then I could see the entire production moving out.

Until then, the new season of "Yellowstone" is only a few short weeks away. The series finale episodes will air on November 10th, 2024 on Paramount. How will the Dutton's survive this one?
