Former Griz/NBA Player’s Son Is A Morocco Soccer Star
What's the show that features that graphic of a shooting star with the caption "The More You Know."
I can't remember what that show is titled. I'll look it up in a couple of minutes. Anyways, the Olympics are off and running. We've got swimming, basketball, rugby and handball... oh my. Plus, soccer and I found a surprising piece of information regarding a player from Morocco.

Montana Grizzlies Men's Basketball SID Jackson Wagner informed me that Moroccan soccer star Amir Richardson is the son of a Griz legend Michael Ray Richardson
Michael Amir Junior Richardson was born in Nice, France and played in 6 matches for the France U20 team in 2021. Richardson, now with Morocco, can play for two countries because of his mom, Ilham Ngadi, and her French-Moroccan heritage. After transferring to Morocco's national team, Richardson appeared in 14 matches with the U23 and Morocco National team. Pictured below is Richardson (left) celebrating his first Olympic goal on July 30.
There was, allegedly, a chance Richardson could've played for the U.S. In May 2023, Fansided reported that Richardson was in talks with the U.S. Soccer Federation to represent the Stars and Stripes, but it never came to fruition.
Outside of International play, Richardson last appeared on loan for Le Havre in France's top tier Ligue 1.
This shouldn't be a surprise with his Dad being a stud athlete in his day. Former Griz star Michael Ray Richardson played 9 seasons in the NBA with the Knicks, Nets and Warriors.
By the way, I'm an idiot. The show with the "The More You Know" graphic is called The More You Know. Clearly, I don't know a lot.
