Montana Made Vendors Enjoy a Chef Showcase at Montana Food and Beverage Show ’22

Coming on November 7th is the big Montana Food and Beverage Show, a huge opportunity for the “Montana Made” vendor to showcase wonderous wares and samples from all across our great state. As such being able to make an impression on professional buyers from the world of retail stores, hotels, distributors, restaurants, bars, and others did I say ONLY professional buyers? Yes, it’s a big deal.

The event is at the Hilton Garden Inn Missoula, hosted by the Montana Department of Agriculture. Being the state's number one product, the department helps connect producers with potential clients in many ways.

But wait, There is a twist.

Using products from the vendors to create a series of custom dishes featured and served to buyers during the Montana Food and Beverage Show, is Executive Chef Sunny Jin of The Resort at Paws Up. This is a wonderful way to have buyers get the real Montana experience from your product in a creative and enticing way.

This Chef Showcase is unique this year and Chef Jin has the final decision on which products to include in the dishes but it promises to be a delight as effort will be made to showcase all companies that sign up to be part of it.

Oh, those samples sound so, so good.
