Gianforte continued his strong support of the Homestead-Comstead property tax reduction plan, even though the bill was recently tabled in the state legislature.

He is proposing to reduce Montana’s income tax rate and to deliver permanent property tax relief for homeowners at their primary residence.

“We want to make sure that there's a meal on every table during this holiday season," said Gianforte.

“This new budget includes the largest income tax cut in state history."
